Tracy Byers is an NASM trained personal trainer specializing in functional movement and strength training. She is a native Oregonian and avid athlete. Keeping active and being outside have always been an important part of her life. Her passion is helping women map their own fitness journey.

Train with Tracy NW is a program of distance training combined with strength, mobility and functional movement. The strength training classes are held at the Running Princess store and walking workouts are in the beautiful Oregon outdoors!
Membership includes group training sessions, training plans, online FB community and other perks.
